The opportunity
An independent licensee in North Sydney is seeking a Financial Advisor focused on risk and insurance advice. You will work a warm referral pipeline from aligned accounting and lending partners, helping clients protect their income, families and businesses.
What you’ll do
- Provide specialist life, TPD, trauma and income protection advice.
- Convert warm referrals from accounting and mortgage partners into protected clients.
- Conduct needs analyses and structure cost-effective, compliant cover.
- Manage applications, underwriting and claims support end to end.
- Maintain full compliance with Best Interests Duty and the licensee’s standards.
What you’ll bring
- Full adviser authorisation with FASEA exam complete and an approved degree.
- Experience in risk or life insurance advice within a licensee or advice firm.
- Strong knowledge of underwriting, policy structuring and claims.
- A consultative style and the resilience to manage a referral pipeline well.
