An established and growing advisory practice in Brisbane is appointing a Senior Financial Planner to take a leadership role in advice delivery. This is a genuine career seat, with a transition plan toward equity and a hand in shaping how the practice grows.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end advice relationships for a portfolio of established clients.
- Lead complex strategy work across retirement, SMSF, investments and wealth protection.
- Mentor associate advisers and review advice quality across the team.
- Contribute to business planning, client experience and growth initiatives.
- Maintain rigorous compliance with the practice’s advice and Best Interests framework.
What you’ll bring
- Full authorisation, FASEA exam complete and an ASIC-approved degree.
- Significant experience as a financial planner or adviser, ideally with SMSF exposure.
- Confidence with complex, multi-entity client situations.
- Leadership instincts and an interest in helping build a practice.
